Support Engineer
Your responsibilities:
- Independently solve DMS problems assisted by system and analysis documentation
- Provision of efficient solutions
- Deliver a professional response to customer enquiries in writing and by phone
- Participation in knowledge management including maintenance of internal documentation
Your qualifications:
- Interest in IT (including Windows, MS Office, mobile devices, digital media)
- Enthusiasm for dealing with international customers by phone
- Self-reliant and diligent approach to professional duties
- Analytical problem-solving capabilities and flair for structured documentation of results and methods
- English an advantage
