Key Account Manager
Your responsibilities:
- Advising customers in commercial and technical issues
- Winning new customers for our products and service
- Contact person for our customers in pre- and post-project phases
- Maintaining a complete overview of all customer projects, project monitoring, billing projects to the customer
- Relationship management, developing measures for improving product/customer satisfaction
Your qualifications:
- Sales experience and communication skills
- Open to learning new processes and products
- Good self-organisation
- Willingness to travel
