To strengthen our team at the Roissy-en-France site, we are seeking the following:
CROSS Consultant
Your responsibilities:
- Professional consulting of our automotive customers on all aspects of CROSS DMS customers
- Conducting organisational analyses in preparation of DMS deployment and other projects
- Drafting and implementing process and organisational standards
- Preparing and implementing system migrations and deployments, along with providing follow-up support
- Ensuring knowledge transfer both within the team and to the customer
- Documentation
Your qualifications:
- Commercial or business management education (e.g. technical college, university) or comparable professional experience
- Experience in the automotive retail trade an advantage
- Affinity for accounting (especially financial accounting & controlling)
- Passion for IT
- Readiness to travel
- Willingness to learn
- Desire to consult directly with our customers on site
- Very good command of English; any other language, including German, an advantage
- Personal skills in managing project teams
- Several years of experience with complex IT systems
- Strong organisational skills
